• Properly maintain employees attendance manually and TMS software day to day
• Keep employees leave record
• Prepare company staff and contractual labor staff payroll
• Prepare staff personal files
• To welcome visitors in person or on telephone
• Receive all internal and outside calls
• Administrative support to running of all operations
• Receive and distribute mails and faxes to appropriate recipients
• Maintain and update the email list, personal numbers and customer contacts
• Check administrative house
• Check guards and drivers of duty and attendance
• Take telephone calls
